So far, I am loving my Keurig K-Elite. I bought this to replace my original single serve Keurig that was struggling after 8 years on the job. I'm especially liking the fact that it can make iced coffee and has a hot water feature, which allowed me to pass along my little hot shot. So, reduced from 2 appliances to 1 and a few more features. Definitely moved up in the world of coffee makers.

I was so happy to get my new Keurig! I have owned a Hand-me-down k-cup brewer for a few years. But this new one was quite the upgrade! It is so nice to have a reservior that will hold enough water for more than one day. I particularly like the instant hot water and the ability to opt for a "stronger" cup of coffee if I wish. I also like the Iced Coffee option that I'm just beginning to make use of. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker to any household that enjoys more than a single serving of hot beverage a day.

My first Keurig died and this is a replacement. I want one that can be auto programmed and this is the only one I could find. This unit works fine and has a couple of upgrades. However, it has a 2 hour shutdown and I really miss the 4 hour function. Also, the amount dispensed is different from my old one. The median selection only fills a standard mug a little over half. I had to purchase larger mugs and use the largest amount selection.
