Very happy except minor issue with water well.

Great machine. Only small issue is the deign of the water well. You can’t see how full it is from the front and it is not easy to remove. It also don’t stand by itself in sink for filling so you need both hands to fill as you have to hold it up. I started using a different pitcher to pour water in.

This was a replacement of the 475 model from a few years ago - I really like the Strong feature on this model. The two things i have found that I don't like as well: the whole pot isn't as secure (the water lid seems very cheap and I hope it lasts) and the water doesn't stay hot as long. Otherwise I really like it.

I would have given this a 5 if the water reseviour was clear plastic in the front, like my previous Keurig was. I have to look at the side of it to see the water level. I don't like that.
