Very Nice Machine! Could have given it 5 stars if the cup size on the display included oz. That is my only fault with the machine so far. It seems to heat the water faster than my old 2.0 Keurig machine. All in all I am happy with this replacement; I got it for a good price which helped also.

This is m second kcup brewer. I've had this unit for a month. I like the strong brew feature and how quiet the unit is. It brews a nice cup of coffee. However, I don't like the water chamber. Compared to the old unit It's very cumbersome. I can't fill it to the 'water fill' line and put it on the brewer without spilling water. Also don't like the timer shut-off feature.
There's one setting, to shut off in 2 hours. You can increase that by 15 minutes after the last brew but this has to be done each day. I could program my old unit for 4 hours.
