Love it, but after a week, it didn't work. Had to unplug it and plug back in. A little nervous now. Only had it a week and already an issue. Hope it is just a one time fluke. Lots of cup choices, just wish it had 14oz cup size since most to go coffee mugs are 14 oz. I just add the tiny cup choice to add to it. I do like the slenderness of the unit and the choices you get with it.
I get this for my wife and the auto on off feature is very nice by the time she's up and ready the water is good to go. Quick and easy to clean and maintain.
The only issue is you can't see the water level from the front. Our unit is within six inches of a wall on the counter, just a little inconvenient. Otherwise a five star machine.
I just replaced my tired 2.0 Keurig series coffee maker. It served us well, but things just began to go wrong. Nothing to serious as we were able to enjoy coffee right up to the day we unplugged it. The new Keurig K-Elite is better in all ways. I wish the water reserve tank was a little larger though. Very quiet after warming up. Controls more simple. Coffee brewing is at the top. Of course, wish the price was lower.
Love the look of this coffee maker. Also love the iced coffee ability. The only bad thing is that when you use the auto on setting it drips water, therefore you have to remember to keep a cup underneath.
