This unit was to replace a Keurig we have had and used daily for approximately 8 years. The old one was getting tired and the water for brewing was not real hot,etc. The old unit was great and we really enjoyed it each and everyday. The new one does not do what we expected. The STRONG brewing choice has NO effect what so ever on the taste of the coffee! We do not like that you have changed the lid to fill the water, the old one we just had to lift and pour into reservoir. The old one was much more user friendly for sure. I think that most products improve over years and your new Keurig K-Elite certainly did not.

Our old Keurig developed a leak, which is non-repairable. After looking at the Keurig site we selected the Elite unit. It brews a little faster than the old one. Flavor is just as good as we expected. Keurig staff were very helpful.
This is the perfect Keurig! Several selections on sizes, removable water holder, strong selection button, iced coffee option...what more could you ask for!!!
Love it, however after only a week, had an issue..

Love it, but after a week, it didn't work. Had to unplug it and plug back in. A little nervous now. Only had it a week and already an issue. Hope it is just a one time fluke. Lots of cup choices, just wish it had 14oz cup size since most to go coffee mugs are 14 oz. I just add the tiny cup choice to add to it. I do like the slenderness of the unit and the choices you get with it.
