I bought this to replace my 5 year old Keurig 2.0 K500. It took some getting used to. First of all, the controls are on top of the machine as opposed to facing forward. Next, the handle to the pod holder doesn't open as wide (still getting used to that). This brewer has a temperature adjustment between 187-192 degrees, but even set at 192 it's still not hot enough for me. The water reservoir is 5 ounces smaller, & the lid is one-piece as opposed to a flip-top. One quirk about this machine that bothers me is that the add water indicator comes on arbitrarily, sometimes even when the reservoir is more than half full (& when it's on you can't brew until you add more water)! Other than that, & overall it's a good machine!

My son and his wife asked for this as a gift and when I asked if they had received it (tracking messages advised it was delivered), they let me know that not only had they received it, but it was already set up and running. They had specifically asked for this model because of the tea feature. He likes mocha -- she likes iced tea. I will commend you on the shipping! This was the last order I placed this year that was not delayed and was delivered as promised.

We have an older model Kerrigan that was getting to be fairly loud, which I assume is the pump action. It did okay but was just getting loud. This new machine is amazingly quieter and the functions are nice to have.
