Our new Keurig is much improved. Easier on / off reservoir. More stable base for cup. Like the just put in the KCup and let it do its thing rather than wait for it to heat up and then put in Kcup. The coffee also tastes better but that could have been due to the age of our old unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features but......

Every morning when coffee maker heats up water is leaked outside the maker and will make a mess if a cup is not put under the spout. Too bad it leaks. Our last 2 makers have been a disappointment.

I have only had the coffee maker a couple of weeks. However, it seems to make excessive noise while filling and brewing the coffee. My last Keurig elite did not make this type of noise. I am not sure if it is supposed to be this loud or if I have a defective coffee maker. I will be notifying Keurig

We just received this unit this week. It has more features than our View had and everything seems to work great. Brief instructions that come with machine could have better explations on how to use some of the features. For complete guide you need to go to the Keurig online site.

We were expecting the unit to have the multi nozzle they have been advertising. There was no discussion of this on their site, so we figured they all had it. We still like the unit, especially the large reservoir. We were also disappointed that if you add a pod before pressing the power button, you need to open the door after pressing it. Would it be that hard for the unit to turn itself on when you add a pod?

We like the look of our new Keurig K-Elite and the fact that the reservoir is larger than our old model. However, the display on the old model was better and more informative. This machine is still slow to warm and a bit louder than we think it should be. All in all, it brews a great cup of coffee - so we love it!
I just bought this for my parents and it’s so good I bought another one for me and my husband. I love the iced coffee feature and hot water to make hot coco during these cold times :)
