I would give this item a zero star if I could. It quick working after 2 weeks of use !!!! It just shuts off as soon as you try to make a cup of coffee !!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love everything about this coffee maker

Overall perfect is the best way to describe this. I have had only one issue. I bought the first one in March 2018 and had problems with the auto on periodically not working. I took back to place of purchase and exchanged for a new one in June. The auto on worked with no problems until this week - will reset and try again. Otherwise, I absolutely LOVE this coffee maker and so does my husband. He likes being able to brew a fresh cup whenever he wants.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve had 5 of these brewers and none of them consistently work as advertised regarding the auto on feature.

The Good, the Bad & the Ugly

Previous owner of several Keurig generations:
Good - quiet, fast and love the "strong" coffee button Bad - Display screen is too small, no light to see how much water is in the reservoir and the power cord is shorter that previous models. Ugly - All the controls are on top of the unit. The designers expect that everyone is looking down on the unit! Water reservoir is not visible from the front, the designers think everyone has a "side view".
I would recommend this to a friend!
