Have had this Keurig product for only a short while but so far I have enjoyed using this particular model. My wife was happy about the iced coffee feature since she doesn't drink regular coffee.

This was a replacement for an older model and it is really nice.
I really like the addition of the opaque panel in the front so the water (& water spots!) is not visible.
My only wish is that it would have the same hinged cap on the water reservoir that our older one had.

We truly respect and enjoy the Keurig coffee experience. However one small upgrade would truly improve this machine. I really DO NOT enjoy how water is added to the machine. How hard would it have been to have a cover where only a portions lifts up to add water? UGH!!!

Great Machine. Love that it cuts on for you in the morning. Now to make it even better, can you make one of these machines programmable to go ahead and brew it for you at the programmable time. I would buy that one too! This is my third machine and I love it. Just so you know my other machines are still working great.

you cant set an end time for the brewer to turn off. you have to choose minutes for it to stay on after the last brew. if you set it to turn on at 7am and you oversleep it shuts off after two hours. i do not like this feature at all.
