Love Keurig coffee!

I am a long time Keurig customer and I love your coffee. Our coffeemaker lasted a few years before the needle sheared off. Also the spring to push down the pod broke. Still we bought a similar unit. It is fine so far except that the display is on the top, rather than on the front like our last one. I am rather short (4'11) and the front display was much easier for me to read.
I’ve had a Keurig 2.0 for a while now and while it still worked just fine, I decided to upgrade and am very happy with this model. I like the ability to set a timer for heated water and really like how it brews my coffee. Very happy with this purchase.
We've had a couple Keurigs in the past. When mine started acting up, I knew I had to get another one. There's no better morning coffee than what Keurig gives me!
This unit has shut down by itself for no reason. It happens when I load a K cup and select the size to start the process, then it just turns off. I find that if I don’t have it set on its timer to shut down this won’t happen.
Otherwise I like the new feature where you can turn the machine on and brewing starts automatically once the water is heated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
