The unit seems much better manufactured than the “Classic” model that broke. However, even with the “Combination Package” discount, it is still more expensive than it should be.
My older model (at least a dozen years) started making odd noises so after a bit of research, I chose this model because I needed a timer function. Everything is great about this machine... I would have given it five stars if... the coffee came out faster and the water tank was clear... otherwise it's great!
When ordering this replacement brewer I had excellent customer service in helping me through the process. Now that I'm using it, I like the feature that keeps the water hot and instantly ready to brew. To waiting for the water to heat up for me is a big advantage along with color and extra features I never had before. Could not be happier with the product and the service.
I am So happy I bought this ! absolute love it ! would defiantly buy this one again .

Obstructed view of water level

I don't like the fact that you can't see the water level in the side tank - you have to rely on the indicator light to tell you when the water level is low - Keurig needs to the unnecessary trim piece on the front of the tank so that the water level can be visually checked periodically just by sight like most of their other coffee makers - this is extremely annoying - plus you have to completely remove the lid instead of lifting a hinged lid - like most of their other machines - poor engineering & design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
