I settled for this machine after ordering a commercial brewer which I had one and used for a number of years however the first one failed right out of the box set me a second one same failed offered me another one or the residential unit not happy about the decision small water tank brews slowly Keurig needs to control their quality control better. This will be my last Keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not have all the features as my old brewer

really like the new brewer...but can not use the k cup adapter. Sometimes i like to brew my own blend of coffee..can not do this with the new model elite!

Want my old Keurig back

I've had the B60 for years. After many years the motor went. I purchased this K-Elite because the option for iced coffee looked interesting. I should have stayed with what was good. This unit has been operating less than 3 months and the motor is whining and making whistling noises. The brew has been inconsistent all along but I originally thought it was just that I wasn't used to a different unit What a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
