I am enjoying the K-Elite. To be able to pick strength, temperature and assorted cup sizes is an absolute pleasure. Those three combinations most definitely make a difference. I am hoping for longevity with this machine.

I like that this model has separate buttons for the different size cups. My old one you had to click through the menu to change sizes. I also like the hot water button, and strong button. Haven’t tried the iced coffee button but I like having the option and will definitely give it a try soon now that it’s summer. Also looks nice, I got the slate color. Only downside is filling the water tank. It’s slightly tedious to put back on, but I think that’s the case with any coffee maker this size. The tank is a bit heavy when full, but not a big deal. The attaching mechanism is intuitive and easy though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this style coffee maker---in fact replaced an old Keurig of same style that was 7 plus years old with no problems, so I am optimistic for at least another 7-year run with this model.

Replacement for previous identical item which lasted exactly one year and a few days, so no warranty. So why did I buy the exact same thing? Beats me! But while it works, it's great. When it doesn't, it isn't.
