I bought this 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I replaced a kerig that I had for 10 plus years. The coffee taste great and it looks great on my counter. The machine is is a lot lighter in weight than my old one which is really nice because I need to pull it out a little too make coffee because I have low cabinets. Over all another great product from Keurig. Very happy.

I have had several Keurigs over the years and I really like the single serve coffee. The problem is they last from 1 1/2 to 2 years and then just quit. I take very good care of this investment but why can't they operate more than 2 years? Five years would be satisfactory.

I'm happy I finally upgraded to this version. What sold me is the ice coffee feature and the larger water reserve. Very sleek look. The only thing is the clock sits on top and you can't visibly see it unless you are looking over top when putting in your kcup

This coffee pot is so different from the old model that we had.Several of the differences are this. It has a power saver that turns itself off at nite and we have to remember to turn it on in the morn before we can use it. It only takes a minute though. I have found it does not produce quite as much coffee as the old one. I have a mug I use all the time and it does not fill up quite as much as the old coffee maker.
All in all it is great but just have to get used to the little differences.
