I had an older Keurig, but saw this one at an AirBnB we used. I loved it! You have options for the temperature of the coffee and the size, as well as the ability to make iced coffee. I'm very happy with it!

I love this machine I've had about 8 to 10 of them moved to new house bought one it broke after 6 weeks took back bought never one broke 3 weeks.what do i do now.

Not as nice as older elite model

The older elite model was made better, it had a lid with a hinge to lift and fill so you unlike the cheaply made cover on the new elite. When I buy a new product I expect it to be better made and more better features not less. I hope Keurig makes better products in the future.

I cannot figure out how to set the clock. With my old Keurig, I had a manual with instructions to do EVERYTHING. However, with this ELITE, I guess I'm to go on line to get such info. At age 86, I'm used to manuals and my computer is used almost entirely for emails. One day soon, I'll try to get on line to see how to set the clock and other info. The dumb coffee maker had turned OFF this morning and my daughter, who must live with me because of her medical problems, had to leave without her coffee as she didn't want to wake me that early and she couldn't figure it out. Our old one STAYED ON all the time. I've tried to set it and can get it to the correct current time, BUT as soon as I leave it, it goes right back to blinking at 12:00. Thank Heavens there were printed instructions for setting it up. I'm certain I'll get used to it, but it will take a little time. I LOVED MY OLD ONE! So, YES, below, I would recommend it.

Works great except with Swiss Miss hot chocolate k-cups.. It shuts off completely after beginning the cycle. Had the same issue with an earlier model.
Is the issue with the k-cup itself...?
