Very disappointed, works sometimes.

We have enjoyed and worn out 2 Keurig brewers, but this model is unpredictable. Keurig replaced the Keurig Elite that we purchased last month because it would shut off mid-brew. We have had this replacement brewer Nine days and it seemed to work all right as long as I kept ALL the settings turned off. This means we must remember to turn it off always. This morning,after being left on all night, it brewed 2 perfect mugs for us. Two hours later it brewed one mug but turned off in the middle of brewing the next one, spitting out water and grounds as it shut off. I’m not confident that it is worth asking for another replacement of this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

'I've been using my new Keurig for over a month and love it. The color Brushed Gold looks so classy. Love the extra features like Strong and iced awesome!

No more half cups, delivers every time. Very Happy I upgraded. My old Keurig has served us for years, and loved every cup. Wish I could exchange parts ( pump ) so I could take one along on trips.

We live in a world of coffee at different times, even 10-15-min. apart, old coffee is old coffee. So your 1 cup does the best job so far. I grind my coffee and we totally enjoy ever cup.
