Took a little adjustment as some features are different than our old 2.0. I do wish it had a light in the water chamber so you can see in the dark. It’s lighter and doesn’t feel quite as solid or bulky than the 2.0 Keurig but the water chamber holds a little more water. Easy to use.

Overall it is an okay machine, but I have a few issues regarding the machine. You can't set as a default the "strong" feature. You have to press it each time you make a cup of coffee. On my old machine, it was a default. I don't like the fact that the clock and the settings are on the top of the machine facing upwards. Not front-facing. My machine is the Goldtone machine., All of the machine is gold except for the lever to open the k-cup cradle. That should be in goldtone also... Makes a decent cup and the larger reservoir is nice, Had they had the "office machine" I would have bought that, but it was out of stock and so this is supposed to be the best machine they now make.
