A little disappointed

I bought this to replace my old Keurig after I saw my sister’s Elite. I loved the light that showed the water in the reservoir. The newer models don’t have that. Other then that it’s great. I love the timer and the temperature setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not going to last

I bought this in April and I’m already having issues with it. It’ll heat up, show it’s ready so I put in a pod, select a size and it does nothing. This has happened at least 10 times and I’m beginning to think this machine won’t last. Really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Base disassembling

I was struggling to disassemble the base/bottom of my K-elite c so that I can clean out bugs in it. I checked the online helps and they never actually showed realtime how to disassemble the base. If anybody have the instructions or videos, please send them to me Thanks.

No coffee

I bought this today aug 25 2029 there’s was no k cup coffee in my box I wish I had not bought this I have bought one when they first came out .wish I have got a cheaper one

Frustrates

My second K-Elite with the same problem. Coffee maker set to come on, we make 1 cup of coffee then try to make a second cup. The coffee make pumps appropriately 1 ounce into the cup the powers off. I have to lift the brew handle, turn the maker back on, wait for it to cycle, then push the brew button.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this brewer to replace a different model that we had for 10 years. The pump on it finally gave out. That model is no longer available so I order the Elite. Shipping was fast! I really loved everything about this new brewer and wanted to give it 5 stars but after only 12 days, it stopped working. It won’t stay powered on to make coffee. It will stay on until you try to brew a cup, then it spits out about a teaspoon and shuts off. We tried unplugging it and then starting all over. Same thing. I called customer service and they were excellent and are sending a replacement, so I give 3 stars rather than 1. I’m nervous that the replacement isn’t going to last long either but we shall see.
