Didn't last long as long as it should have.

I just ordered a new Keurig K-Elite and I am hoping it lasts a lot longer than the one I am now replacing. I ordered my last K-Elite on January 28, 2019 from Keurig to replace a Keurig that I had used for more than 5 years. I loved the new one and all the features, however it has quit working and only brews 1/3 to 1/2 cup and then stops and shuts off. My coffee mug is filled with coffee grinds. I have cleaned the machine, even though it didn't say to descale yet. For two days it worked fine and then this morning back to the same partial cup and coffee grinds in my mug. I ordered a new one today hoping it lasts longer, but if it doesn't, I am sure it will be my last Keurig purchase. I really like the Keurig and the idea of having a fresh cup of coffee everytime I brew it. I would have given 5 stars if it had lasted longer. Still hopeful this new one will outlast my current one.

Beware

Only a month old, but the machine makes great coffee, with different cup sizes which is a plus. The water reservoir should have a lid that partially flips open to re-fill, as it is you have to take the complete reservoir off go fill it up and now its heavy and you have to put in back. Hopefully the water supply is not three rooms away. The one pitfall is the 'iced coffee' button. You fill you cup with ice the brew HOT coffee over the ice. You can do that with any coffee maker on the planet. Problem is now the ice is melted, if you want ice in the ice coffee you have to add more ice when now 'waters' down the iced coffee. The iced coffee button is definitely misleading, you have to do it the old fashioned way of brewing a few cups of coffee and storing it in the refrigerator until needed. I would say yes and no on recommending this product.

New Kerrigan, replacing a Keurig 2.0

It functions as advertised, had the first cup and it was fine. But I am disappointed in the apparent lack of design quality.
I replaced a Keurig 2.0 after 4.5 years of use, the new one seems to be less than the previous model. The water storage was a throwback, no hinged top, so now a cheap price of plastic to remove before adding water.
No manual at all, no cleaning instructions included.
While it seems to function fine it just doesn’t seem to be as high a quality from an ergonomic perspective as what it replaced.
Time will tell if the outward usability, the water tank, are reflective of the internal functionality.
Just not up to the standard I expected from Keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I have replaced this coffee maker 2 times..The touch pad buttons do not work for very long.I can't use the strong button. This has happen with the first one.. Hope the replacement last longer than 2 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hot water on demand

Nice machine, but coffee doesn’t taste the same.

I bought this to replace an older model. My Dunkin Donuts coffee doesn’t taste as good anymore even with the strong brew option and 8 oz. cup. It’s a very nice machine. I think the coffee comes out a little faster on this machine and that may be why. I’m hoping in time after it’s used more the flavor will improve. Disappointed...
