We are very happy with our new K Elite brewer. We like the choices for hot or cold brew. The reservoir filter is also new to our coffee brewer. We DO NOT like the reservoir front being non transparent. The way we have it on our counter we can not tell when water level gets low till the light flashes.

Upgraded from the Classic Keurig. So much nicer...larger reservoir, option for a "strong brew" and many more cup size options. Love it. And I really like the brushed steel color.

This coffee maker is the best! It makes great coffee! I love the up grades on this coffee maker! The hot water button is great! The strong setting! Because some days I really need a strong cup of coffee!

The maker works well and has nice features like a larger reservoir, auto on/off, and temp control. The water reservoir should allow a little more space between the water and top or reservoir so it spills less when putting back into place. I also wish I could turn the temp up higher. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The newest Elite model has a very poor grip edge to grab and fill the water take. The front edge is so sharp it hurts. Also there is no viewing would on the front to see the water level. Poor design!
