We had last Keurig for 6 years. Started not heating very well Love everything about new machine EXCEPT this new one does
not have a light in the water resavor, have to use flash light to see level if the water. Goofed not putting a light in it

Do not like.

I am so disappointed the Keurig 2.0 has been discontinued. I wanted to replace mine when a pod burst in it and could not find this model so bought a K-Elite and I do not like it. The resovoir is not as large. The coffee is weak even when programmed for strong, also the cup size is smaller. Will be looking for a different brand of coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A change from my Keurig 2.0 but not bad. The manual and on line info for this brewer was lacking, particularly concerning on/off settings--and not as user friendly as Keurig 2.0.

Better than the commercial model we had

Our small office was using the now discontinued K55 model, which was incredibly noisy and disruptive. We decided to replace the machine with the K-Elite and we are quite happy with the decision thus far. This machine is MUCH quieter during brewing and not quite as loud after brewing has finished, and is able to handle the sometimes high volume usage.
The increased brew size options and larger capacity water tank are nice, and we do like the hot water feature, although it has to be run once to rinse the filter, otherwise you end up with coffee-tainted hot water.
