Add Water light failed after 3 months. Coffee temperature inconsistent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a warranty replacement for the same model that failed after 6 months. After 3 cups of use, this one began leaking from under the control head during warm up. It doesn't leak each time the unit is turned on, but frequent enough not to trust the unit to keep it on a timer turn on. When it leaks, water will flow down the front of the unit, some of it misses the tray and runs onto the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am overall happy with this new Keurig. The brushed gold is very elegant looking. It is quieter than my old one, makes very hot coffee quickly so overall good. I miss the larger water reservoir from my old one and also I have to take off the top of the water reservoir to fill it while my old Keurig had a flip up lid on the front half of the reservoir top that was easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This one replaced the same model coffeemaker that I bought not quite a year ago that conked out for some unknown reason. Fortunately, Keurig honored their warranty and replaced it at no additional expense to me. Thanks, Keurig! :-)

This is my fourth Keurig and it’s still only a couple of weeks in, but I am happy so far.....except for two things. My prior unit had a hinged water compartment top, this one is a solid piece. Why? I don’t think having to mess with taking the top on and off is an improvement, it’s annoying when you’ve had it better. Also, I haven’t gotten used to having to hit the power button throughout the day- once in the morning would be fine....hopefully, I’ll get more habituated to this change. Otherwise, love everything else - larger water compartment, buttons for cup sizes, etc. I always recommend Keurig.

This was a replacement for an older model we had. This model has similar features to our old ine, but we were surprised it doesn't have new features that our old one didn't have. Perhaps competition has driven all companies to keep features basic. Still Keurig produces a solid product with great taste.
