This was a replacement for my Keurig. I'm disappointed that the front of the reservoir is painted, on the old one it was clear and you could see the water level in the reservoir when you looked at the Keurig. The reservoir lid on the new one does not have a hinge like the old one, so every time that you add water you have to take the lid off. The plastic in the new lid seems thinner and lighter and more fragile than the old one, so I don't know how long the lid will last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great... Until...

Loved the item, worked great. Purchased the item on 3/22/2019... and it died on 10/28/2019... Didn't even think the unit would be under warranty for a year, so I trashed it. Shame really, seven months and it croaks. Unit appeared to have lost the water pump, as it would go through all the motions until you could hear the sound of the water being pumped, and the unit completely powered off. Looks like another purchase now.

Every other Keurig K-Elite had a light so you could see the water level without getting a flashlight, but this one does not, very, very disappointed. So in all I am very disappointed.The light is the worst as you can't see the level of water without getting a flashlight, if I had known that I definitely would not have bought this coffee maker again.Other than the light it is also slower than all the others I had owned.

Awesome except for one design flaw!

This replaced my older Keurig! I love it except for one irritating design flaw! You cannot view your available water level from the front! You can only view from the side! A clear thin line on side wouldn’t have detracted and would have been very useful!
