Easy of using, cup ready in minutes❤️

We bought a K50 lasted 3 weeks! Quite making coffe! Had to do it 4 times to get a 1/2 cup of coffee! So we upgraded! Our 1st one lasted 8 yrs. Amen we pray Hoping this one will also as we bought extended warranty! Saved for this one being Senior citizens 70 yrs old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Many improvements and a few missed opportunities

Many of the new features make my morning coffee even better. I love the strong brew choice and the 1 minute brew. Missed opportunities would be a visible water level from the front and a hinged water reservoir lid. If your on the fence dont be. You won't be disappointed.

We had the Kurig VUE for several years and it was still working great. Had to change machines due to VUE cups no longer being available. Got the Elite as replacement. ARRG! 12oz is the largest brew size where as VUE was 16oz. Since new this unit dispenses water as it warms-up, messy! All I can say good is that I have the variety of flavor choices back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quite honestly, I was expecting a higher quality of product. Works fine but just doesn’t have that heaviness of weight that I have come to expect of a Keurig machine. Will probably buy a commercial type product next time.

I had to replace what was a more advanced machine with this machine because the TOUCHPAD failed after a year and a half of use. It’s like we’ve gone back in time but apparently Keurig couldn’t make the touch screen work properly... it’s a Keurig, it makes coffee.
