Product are great, but if you need customer service forget it. The worst I have ever seen!! Non responsive and wil not return calls and makes a excuses a=instead of helping.

Got a bust

We had a Keurig that lasted 3 years and decided to upgrade and give the other to a family member. We've had the new machine only 3 months and so far it has had issues with leaking as it warms up and taking forever to brew. I'm hoping we can get a replacement and maybe it was just a bust of a machine.

Changing from Classic to K-Elite is a nice experience for me. The K-Elite completes and makes my kitchen corner look prettier. The silver goes well with others appliances as well.

Great coffee

I decided to purchase another new Keurig for my home in Florida . Love the one in Massachusetts so got the new one here too
I drink Cafe Mocha k-cups. Since I do, I have to clean the K-cup assembly once a week. Well, I cleaned it and one of the tabs broke. Since Keurig no longer makes the particular model we had, we opted to get a new one. I really wish we hadn't. The lid on the reservoir feels like cheap plastic and I can no longer take out the assembly to clean it. This so-called newer and improved model no longer has the "hot chocolate" button, instead I get to go through all kinds of steps just to have a cup of coffee. I'm glad I only drink two cups of coffee a day. Now I have to brew my cup of Cafe Mocha, then I have to run a cup of hot water to clean the brewer and then I even get to add more water since instead of making one cup of coffee, I am making two cups--one to drink and one to toss. Royal pain to go through this every time I want a cup of coffee. I feel that we have downgraded with this Keurig. We have had Keurigs ever since they came out and this is first time both I and my husband feel we have downgraded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been long time Keurig users. I believe this is our 5th machine and first time getting this model. I ordered specifically for the larger water tank. This model is faster, quieter, and has more features than our last unit. Elite also came with the tank filter too which I thought was kool.
I like the color and it makes a good cup of coffee fast . The hot water feature is nice to make my tea using bags. I also like the iced coffee feature. This is a very versatile machine an upgrade from my 5 year old machine that stopped working.
