Works will the auto brew is great for the mornings one complaint is that the travel mug size wish it filled a travel mug to the top of the mug not 2 inches from the top I use a yeti 16oz mug and I doesn’t fill it full

I've owned this for a couple weeks and the quality isn't up to par vs classic maker. Strong brew setting I don't see a difference in coffee still tastes weak. I have to use smaller cup sizes so my cups don't come out watery as much. It asks me to add water at just under the half way mark. Hot water button is pointless as you can brew hot water by just selecting a cup size. I do like the selection of cup sizes that's about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water level, clock dont work. Have to wait 60-90sec before it starts to heat up. Can't leave on.

I have used Keurig in the places I stayed in, but this is my first Keurig and I went for the best model. I'd say there is some good disappointments after a couple of week's use. 1) The lid for reservoir is not secured, feel like it could fell easily, the material feels not solid either. 2) The machine won't work unless you keep like 1/3 reservoir filled. That means there will be always be 1/3 water in it that cannot be used, such a waste, not comfortable! 3) The programming is buggy, why not make it alway automatic? Sometime after turning the Power on, the coffee making button just doesn't go flash, and doesn't notify, you have to engage the pod mechanism to trigger it. 4) I live in a high altitude area, I turned on the high-alt mode, the coffee can't be made hot enough like the conventional coffee machines we used.

I had a non Keurig single cup coffee maker that I hated. It aways overflowed the coffee and was difficult to fill. This Keurig is nice, neat, easy to use. Will never het another brand

Replaced a previous 4 year old Elite that started to cut off as brewing started. I really liked it hope that this one will last longer as is expensive
