This is the second one of these we bought. The first one was great and still worked perfectly after 5 years, but I wanted a different color so I passed the old one on to a friend and we have been enjoying this new one for a couple of weeks now. This model is awesome, and the large (72 ounce) water reservoir is a great feature.

My previous Keurig Elite died after 2 1/2 years so bought the same one again we like all the features . This one though seems to make a noise every time we brew coffee . Hoping it will go away with time

I absolutely love my keurig! My sister has one at her house like it and I fell in love with it and knew I had to have one when I moved into my house. So when I moved into my house about a month ago I decided to order one online. It's not the same exact one that my sister had bit I still absolutely love it! I've had it for about 2 weeks now. It's so easy and convenient. I love all the options of cup sizes and strength and even being able to choose ice coffee. I don't think I could go back to a regular coffee maker after this! The only thing I wasn't happy about was not getting the free coffee pods that were promised with buying the coffee maker. Coffee is not cheap and when I bought mine it said I was supposed to get 2 boxes for free and that never happened. Other than that I'm very satisfied.

I bought this about a month ago to replace the one that crapped out. Could not get it running again. I thought I was getting an exact duplicate of what broke it isn’t. It’s a cheaper model disappointed I liked my old one better.
