My K-CUP Universal, Descale light

I do like my K-Elite. Having a problem using my K-CUP Universal. Instructed to remove Brewer cup by pushing up from bottom and grabbing to top of brewer cup. Haven't been able to remove. It won't budge when I try to remove per instructions. Also, have had brewer for over 6 months and the descale light has never lit up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this version thinking I could use my accessories I had already purchased for my last Keuroghlian but they don’t work. It’s a good coffee maker but now I have to buy al the accessories all over again. Also can’t make a pot of coffee like I thought as well. So more disappointed than anything but at least I can have a good cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this item to replace my Keurig 2.0. This Keurig doesn’t even come close to comparing to my old unit. Too bad the 2.0 was discontinued. The Elite brewer looks nice but I prefer the elite, with more options to brew larger cups of coffee
