Great machine; large water reservoir and plenty of options, We use to get hot water for instant foods as well. The cost was also quite reasonable. Love it.
Love the options offered by the machine. Only thing I don't like is the water reservoir is solid color on front so I have to turn my machine to see the water line. Loved the clear water reservoir on my old machine. But all in all love this machine otherwise.
I recently used some Christmas gift money to replace my very dilapidated Keurig from over 5 years ago. It is essentially the same machine, but the option for a 12oz pour is phenomenally helpful and the nice slate color matches our appliances flawlessly.
I have had a Keurig for many years, I had the Keurig 525 and loved it. The 525 model has been discontinued. The K-Elite doesn't work very well under my cupboard, I can no longer make a carafe of coffee. Doesn't have the feature. Now what do I do with my carafe. (toss it??) it doesn't hold as much water. Also, the clock is on top so you can't see it without pulling it out from under the cupboard. I don't like pulling out the pot to make a cup of coffee. The handle hits the bottom of my cupboard if I don't pull it out far enough. The water holder, you take off the whole top to fill the tank. I really would like the Keurig 525 brought back. It makes a good cup of coffee, but not happy with the replacement for the Keurig 525.

I have been using a single serve Keurig machine for a couple of years. I wanted a new one where I didn’t have to fill the reservoir every time. This works great. Makes a great cup of coffee. Has a large reservoir that I refill every 3-4 days. For years I purchased then returned Ice Coffee makers. They either didn't work well or were more work than I wanted. This makes a great cup of ice coffee! So now I can have a hot cup in the morning and an iced coffee in the afternoon. I’m saving a ton of money not having to go to the coffee shop everyday like I used to. Perfect. Thank you Keurig. You nailed this one.

Great Features-Poor Quality

We love our Keurig coffees but the coffee makers are designed poorly. This model LEAKS. You have to keep a cup below the dispenser at all times as it drips-especially after use and even more so after it turns on automatically in the morning. Some mornings there is maybe a teaspoon or a tablespoon or water in the cup but the last 2 days there has been almost 2 oz of water! Obviously as it ages, it gets worse. We have 2 of these-1 for home and 1 for travel in our RV and both have the same issue. Our family/friends have already transitioned away from Keurig…we may have to do the same.
