It is a step back from my prior machine. You must remove the top to add water. No cocoa setting.

Way too many buttons and options to choose from. I just wanted a coffee machine to do the same cup everyday

Physically it looks very elegant. In the technology: it has many options, whether it’s size, if it’s cold or hot and the more importan it’s easy to use

This is our 3rd Keurig and the best so far. I only gave it 4 stars because the site says it is compatible with the "my k cup " filter but we could not find a way to get it to fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please note, you will need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your K-Elite Coffee Maker in order for it to fit properly.
