This is my fourth Keurig coffee maker that I have owned over the last 15+ years. This time I decided to spend the money on their premium K-Elite model and I am glad that I did. This model seems to be a much better rugged construction, it also has the 12 oz feature that I missed on my 2.0 Keurig. I purchased the Brushed Gold color unit and it is very distinctive, I like it better than the black or silver units. The reservoir on this unit is 75oz, so you need to refill it less frequently. All said it is a good solid machine, and I recommend to any Keurig consumer.

Been using this for about 2 weeks or so now. My old one finally stopped pumping water. First it started not being able to get enough pressure to use a pod with but it would pump through hot water although the water was not as hot. Then it stopped pumping the correct amount of water through but it was at least five years old so I knew it was a matter of time. Got this one in a lot faster than I expected and was so glad to get my Keurig back. I really like it. Seems to be really fast in brewing my coffee or tea. Much hotter and faster.than I was getting from my old machine. Love the feature that you can select your cup amount size without waiting for it to actually heat up. Seems to be a little noisier than any Keurig I've had in the past but I don't mind that. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot see the water level from the front of the machine and that the water canister top is kind of tapered to the front. I have mine setting catty-cornered in a corner so I have to pull it out to fill it so I can see where I need to stop adding water. A couple mishaps of overfilling made this necessary. Overall, satisfied with my purchase. Although another color option would have been nice. too. I got the slate but would have liked to have been able to select another color choice like red or one of the other colors offered in some units. Still, glad I did choose this one.

This thing is actually pretty great. It is fast, relatively quiet, and seems really well built. I like the direct access to size of brew with a dedicated button for each choice. Way better than the touch screen menu system in the 2.0 units. The only negative I have is that it does not have a flip up lid for water fill. So I have to remove the lid and sit it aside to add water.

I absolutely love this brewer. This is the 4th one I've purchased. This one brews faster and the coffee is hotter. I used to put my coffee in the microwave for 20 seconds but now it is not necessary. For some reason the coffee in this brewer just tastes better; also it is beautiful.

New K-Elite arrived to a very anxious recipient. I had missed my morning cup of hot coffee. New machine was a result of a phone call to customer service Who kindly talked an old lady through numberous fixes on the old machine without positive results. Replacement machine is awesome and a welcomed appliance to the kitchen counter. Love the newer features and different serving sizes. Thank you customer service
