I have had this coffee maker for over a year now, it works great, and it has all the options for brewing your coffee the way you like it! Makes iced coffee too! Quite and fast. like all of the different size cup options, as well as a stronger brew which works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and Packed with Featured

Great Keurig! Item is quiet. Full of features like replaceable water filter, programmable feature to start coffee, a strong button for stronger brew, a button to heat hot water and adjust water temperature a few degrees, and the greatest of all is the ice coffee button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The WORST Keurig ever!!!!!

This has to be the worst model they have ever made. We thought we were upgrading from the 2.0 but I guess we were wrong! Why it's called "ELITE" I don't know. All it is, is a very cheap coffee maker with an expensive brand name. The "add water" and "descale" lights are useless. The "add water" light never came on unless the water reservoir was out. The "descale" light never came on at all!! It lasted a couple months over a year then it died. I woke up one morning to a dead coffee maker. Unplugged it and the power would not come on. I was so discussed with it I threw it in the trash where it belonged!! If this is Keurig's "ELITE" we will be buying a different brand from now on. Thank God we save our Keurig 2.0!!! It's still going strong and should have been called "Elite".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine is a good one. Bigger water tank, plenty of size choices and dependable in operations. So far. No grounds in the cup of coffee. Only issue is no instructions on how to set settings. Kinda figuring it out as I go. Ao far so very good.
