Omg this is the second keriug since November and both suck go back to your original model This one broke after three weeks the power button does not stay on! I am so very disappointed

Just purchased my new Keurig! I had my old one for more than 9 years and was never disappointed! The quality of my coffee was always consistent! Can't wait to use my new one well into the future!

This is a purchase to replace one I received as a gift. I worked it to death. Very happy to replace it with another.
Replaced a Keurig coffee maker after it's lower needle broke. The K-Elite is supposed to be a high end maker. However, several good features from prior model are missing. 1) Lid on tank must be removed to add water; prior model had hinged opening. This is a major flaw. 2) Tank style on new coffee maker has opaque front and you can't readily see water level. 3) Tank on prior model had light to help view level. This model does not. And with the tank design noted in item 2, this makes it difficult to see water level. 4) Prior model had option to make a pot of coffee vs. single cup. Not on the K-Elite model. 5) This model is quieter in pumping water.
I hope that Keurig customer service reads this review and provide me a direct response.
