This was a replacement for my Keurig coffee maker that I bought 10 years ago. It still works but at times you have to help it go. I hope that this one will be just as good if not better.

I received the Elite as a replacement for my K400 2.0 and it has a new sleek and elite look to it. I love how it is fashioned so simple. No digital screen to freeze or malfunction. I do not understand the hot or ice buttons in contrast to just pushing a cup size to brew hot water... However during the few weeks I have had it is I can say I enjoy that it is not as loud as the previous ones I've had. Although I am sad that the carafe does not fit and has been discontinued I am pleased with the satisfactory assistance I have received from the staff at Keurig. I give gratitude to their team... Thanks!

I had an older Keurig machine that developed a leak that I needed to replace.. I am disappointed with the newer design. I am visually impaired and find the angle of the top with the controls very, very difficlult to use and the color and small print on the controls very difficult to see. Too many buttons have to be found and pressed to get one cup of coffee. I vey much preferred the older models and will look for a replacement from another company for future use. Maybe Keiutig engineers will pretend to be short and visually impaired when then design a new model.
