We gifted a good friend of our family with this machine. She admired my Keurig and always commented on how my Donut Shop Nutty Caramel coffee smelled. She had a Mr. Coffee that she was satisfied with but was missing out on all the different flavored coffees she knew I was experiencing. She was given the machine two weeks ago and said it's a keeper. She is so impressed with the machine, its ability to be programmed and the strong brew feature. I was able to purchase the package containing the machine, variety 15 k-cups, water filter and universal reusable coffee pod so she could continue to enjoy her own ground coffees. She said she loves it and sent a picture of her crafted cappuccino.

I bought this for my daughter in law for Christmas. She loves iced coffee and my grandson's love hot chocolate so I am sure that she will love this. I can not say how it works yet but it arrived quickly and the package was in tack. I don't like coffee but I think I may want one for tea. I did purchase the K-cups for this in the Dunkin Donuts coffee and hot chocolate.
