Makes great coffee!

I've been using this coffee maker for about a week and it's great! It warms up fast and the coffee is really good. The "Strong" setting actually seems to *do* something, too, to my surprise and delight.
I just has surgery prior to receiving this, and even in extreme pain and highly sedated I was able to figure this thing out, so t's gotta be pretty easy to use. The overflow tray is also really easy to clean, the top part is metal so it rinses off much quicker than some of the older models with plastic trays (and looks much nicer, too).
My only complaint is that I bought a My K-Cup reusable insert to go with it (love my Roasterie coffee, and it doesn't come in k-cups) and it doesn't fit (without or without the "plus" adapter). Hopefully they'll release one soon that fits these new brewers.

Mostly Great, Has A Few Issues

I was sent this Keurig by Influenster for review a little bit ago, and I've enjoyed testing it out. I had used a Keurig before (different model) and knew I liked a couple of the flavors from Indulgio (English Toffee and White Chocolate Caramel) so I mostly used those, but the Donut Shop Blend that Influenster sent with it was good as well.
There are different sizes (6 oz, 8 oz, etc) you can choose with buttons on the top of the machine, which I really like. I would have loved it if the buttons were labeled, but the sizes are only specified in the manual, so you have to check if you forget. The manual also provides instructions on how to make iced drinks, which is a nice option to have. The machine only takes a couple of minutes to make a cup of coffee, but it does take noticeably longer than other models of Keurigs I've tried. It usually makes my coffee without interruption, but every once in a while it will just stop in the middle of brewing and I have to start it over. It started happening a few weeks after I got it and it was happening daily for a while, but it seems to happen pretty rarely now. I'm not sure what caused it or why it stopped.
Overall, this brewer is decent and will make a good cup of coffee, but it's a bit clunky and it has problems often enough to be rather annoying. If you only have one or two cups of coffee a day and don't mind needing to restart it when it randomly stops every so often, then this will probably work for you. If you drink a lot of coffee, or you're purchasing a Keurig that will be used frequently by a lot of people (such as for a household with a few regular coffee drinkers, or an office), then this might not be as reliable as you need it to be. Stopped Working

After 1.5 years my coffee maker stopped working. After heating up and choosing the cup size the coffee make starts then shuts off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. What may sometimes happen after brewing many K-Cup pods is that some of the coffee grounds can get in the needles (top and bottom). This can result in seeing some coffee grounds in your cup or it can completely clog your brewer and prevent it from brewing. Should a clog arise due to coffee grinds, it can be cleared using a paper clip or similar tool. Defective product

Bought this Keurig 3 months ago. It worked great until the other day. It shutoff in the middle of brewing. Thought it was the k-cup, wrong! It works with no k-cup in it. The model isn’t cheap. Just made poorly. Keurig is supposed to be sending me another one. We’ll see. If I could give no stars I would. I don’t recommend purchasing this brewer.

Let me tell you. It is gorgeous. I loved it for the 4 days I used it. Then it stopped working. I called support and they walked me through a few steps. Now they are sending me another one, but because I need the silver one there are none in stock. So I have to wait to get a replacement. I hope I get it soon.

Great features, but I was surprised to read in the instructions to NOT use distilled water? Does the distilled water react with the charcoal filter pod?

Thank you for your feedback! You can use distilled water in your Keurig coffee maker but we don't recommend it because it can change the taste profile of your coffee by making it bitter. We recommend using bottled or filtered water in your Keurig coffee maker. Coffee and tea are over 98% water so quality drinking water is necessary for a good coffee, tea or iced beverage. Never use softened water because sodium ions in softened water form a gelatinous mass around the coffee grounds and tea leaves, slowing down the extraction process and causing over-extraction. This can also clog your coffee maker. We hope this helps!

Design is Terrible

This Keurig is a down-grade on many levels!! First, the water reservoir has a solid front so you can no longer see when you need to add water.... and the lighted feature was removed, which adds to the disappointment. Unless you keep a flashlight next to your coffee maker you will have a very difficult time keeping an eye on your water level....Next, the clock is positioned on top toward the back so unless you are over 6 feet tall, the clock is now worthless!! Another let-down is that there is no longer an option to make a carafe of coffee!! This is my fourth Keurig because the water heating partts don't tend to last much time beyond the warranty period so, unless Keurig brings back a design that resembles the convenience of a user-friendly coffee maker, I will not purchase another!! Let's face it, single serve coffee is not the most economically or ecologically correct option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
