Loved it til it stopped working!

I purchased a large Keurig mid November. Today it just stopped brewing. Unplugged it, reset it, and still nothing. I want a replacement or a refund!

This is out second Keurig like this. It is easy to operate and the features are great. The different size cup amounts are simple for any size cup needed. Would recommend.

I just got this as a gift for Christmas and I am so thrilled! I have wanted a Keurig for years and this is my first one. I love how easy it was to set up, how easy it is to use and how fast it brews. Perfect for my early mornings! Love the flavor of the coffees I got with it and just the overall design.

No good

I had a kurig that worked fine I bought this one because we had one at work that was piping hot so I wasted money buying a new one for nothing I’ve use the temperature control on this new one and it gets no hotter no cooler there’s no difference in the temperature control so why have a temperature control on it it absolutely is no good and I would’ve never bought it

Great unit with many options

Before this Keurig, I was making a half a pot of coffee a day in a traditional coffeemaker and would end up dumping most of it down the drain. I only needed a cup or two a day and would end up wasting the rest. Now that I have this Keurig those days are over. No more waiting and waiting for a pot of coffee to brew. This brews my one cup of coffee super quickly, which is important to me as a new mom. I need my caffeine ASAP. It has a large water reservoir so I don't have to worry about filling the machine up with water every time I need a drink, which is also a time-saver. I also love that this has options. The five different cup sizes are great because I can brew the perfect amount of coffee no matter the size of my mug. I love that there is a strong brew button, since I was concerned about the strength of the coffee from a single-serve brewer. Using the strong brew button, I never feel like my coffee is watered down too much. I also love that there is an button for iced beverages, again allowing the flavor and integrity of the brew to be preserved even when poured over ice. This has also replaced my water kettle for most things. I can get hot water right from here without getting out another appliance. I don't find this machine more difficult to clean than a traditional coffee pot. It looks nice on the counter and fits in with my kitchen decor well. This machine was a godsend to me as a new mom and I would recommend this to anyone who only needs a cup or two of coffee and doesn't have all day to wait for it to brew. I did receive the Keurig K-Elite VoxBox complimentary from Influenster and Keurig. All opinions on the machine and experiences with it are my own.

If you're looking for easy...

I received this product for review purposes from Influenster and here's the deal...I like it, I've always wanted one and it is cool, it's got the cold brew option, the works. If you've owned one you know it makes a funny sound when it brews but nothing crazy. The coffee options I also received were pretty decent (The Donut Shop and The Green Mountain) I personally drink Community coffee but didn't hate the other ones. I will say the K-cups can get pretty expensive and it's usually cheaper to purchase a normal coffee maker and a pound of coffee or whatever but if price isn't a factor for you and you're a one cup of coffee person like me, then this is worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water reservoir 1/2 the size of my old one

I hate it! Reservoir is set way back on the machine making it very hard to refill on my counter

Terrible service

I haven’t use the machine yet as it is a Christmas gift. But just for them to get it to ship it took me three phone calls and 4 to 5 hours worth of phone time to try and get my order on track. The first two calls were completely unprofessional and said they couldn’t help me when I called two days later magically someone could
