Really impressive!

I received this complimentary from Influenster. I love the sleek silver design. I am not normally someone who likes Keurigs. However, I love that the strong button actually makes your coffee stronger. I love the clear filter that shows how much water I have left in the tank. My only issue is that the iced coffee button does not actually make iced coffee. It makes hot coffee that you then have to pour over ice which I'm not sure what the point is. However, I love this and I will continue to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great coffee...and that's about it

I've been a long time user of Keurig coffee makers and have never had problems until now. The "add water" doesn't work properly. For example if I'm going to make a 12oz cup of coffee and there is only 8 oz of water in the reservoir the coffee maker should indicate "add water" and it doesn't. Happened just this morning. So, a waste of a K-cup, and I've had several and more importantly one of these day's the pump will burn out. Now I must add that Keurig did send me a replacement reservoir which didn't solve the problem. I've also had problems with the auto turn on feature...it works half the time. On a positive note it does make a great tasting cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A worthy successor!

my original keurig 350 classic! First one I ever owned and was the first appliance plugged in when we moved into our first house! I love it!! It wasn't perfect .. It was Heavy and seemed to take too long to heat up but I still loved it and it made a fine cup of ☕.. Fast forward four years ... Experienced our first Hurricane (one of the worst on record) .. Harvey... Boo!! Well one week and four feet of water later and everything is Gone!! Including my keurig!! Well its been 8+ months.. Back in the house and DONE!! Just recently my father in-law with my hubby drove down to Houston for a visit.. Well on the way he picked up a little something to make sure we had coffee in the house! Showed up with this brand new keurig elite!! It was leaps and bonds better just out of the box!! Once we got it fired up .. WOW!! This machine is something else.. Perfect temp and perfect flavor one the first cup!!! My old one took a while to get it right !! Not this one!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement with same issues

This is a replacement brewer and it does the same exact thing that the other one did-won't brew more than one cup at a time (have to wait 5 minutes in between) and drips cold water after putting the kcup in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over engineered. Garbage

No matter what you do, what settings you use the coffee is watery. They’ve messed with what used to be a great machine. What a colossal disappointment
