Not happy with it a all Does not work properly

I had this Kelite just a few days and am not pleased with it. My second one- the first lasted 10 years. I have to use the largest cup setting to get 3/4 of a 12 oz mug. I use the Kpods and every cup has a bottom full of grounds. I am annoyed and disgusted!!!!! Also coffee doesn't seem as hot as old coffeemaker made .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Turn it on, water starts pouring continuously.

When you power on the machine it immediately starts pumping water out until it is empty. I've tried unplugging the machine to let it reset, that did not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this machine because of the easy fill side tank and the fact you can use a filter in it, and the iced coffee and teas feature. I bought a second one for a family member that had the small single cup machine. The only thing I wish is, the new machine would turn on and off when you open the top to put your cup in like the small machine did.
