Great concept

I hate coffee that has been standing around. In our office everyone has their favorite and each person gets what they like. Fresh taste. No waste and almost endless choices including tea and hot cocoa!!!!

Cuts off constantly when trying to brew.

So many things wrong...

Do not buy this, there are so many things wrong with it. First the water reservoir is very hard to fill, have to pull it out every time as the opening is narrow and no flip lid like my 2.0. It is dark on the front so you have to look at the side to see if it needs filling. Also a tiny blue light comes on when you need water unlike the flashing it has on the 2.0. The coffee is not hot. I have it set to the highest 192 which is the temp of the internal water not the brewed. The coffee in spite of the strong is not strong at all so that is a bust. It constantly drips water as soon as it is turned on. The auto off and on is super stupid as now it goes off up to 2 hours after last cup brewed instead of being able to tell the machine the time 8 am etc to shut off. It is very noisy also and very lightweight so not good quality at all. The only good thing in my opinion is the cup size comes out exact on my machine anyway. I think Keurig has really gone down hill with the coffee makers and I have had many and truly each one has only lasted 3 years. They need to step up the quality of such an expensive machine. I am totally sorry I bought this but my 2.0 just bit the dust almost 3 years to the day. I wish I could say there was an alternative to Keurig and if anyone knows a better brand please let me know, Keurig has the market on this but the product is not longer anything but a 1 star. Sad...

Terrible features

Terrible features. Extremely dissatisfied. I Purchased this to replace my K cup elite. I was dissatisfied from the moment I opened it. At set up you must flush water through it and I notice it is very noisy unlike the previous model. This maker has no reservoir door to open to add water you must remove the entire top. All buttons and the clock are on top. Not in the front and easily visible. It will be difficult to keep clean. I’m sure water will get in and I will have to buy another one in a couple of months. You must actually stand over the coffee maker to see all controls. My last Keurig elite had a screen in the front with 4 buttons below that was all you needed for the entire menu. You cannot see when the water is getting low as they now have that blocked in the front and you must look at the machine from the side.

Beware!

If you have a new construction home with combo GFCI/ArcFault breakers for your kitchen outlets this is NOT the brewer for you. It will pop the breakers every time.

The first time I filled it with water, it spilled all over the place. The water reservoir did not fit easily into the coffee maker. I've gotten better at it, but my old Keurig was far better. The coupon I received with the coffee maker were outdated. I am not happy with it.
