Couldn't be more disappointed, not only with the machine, but Keurig and their customer service. Horrible, absolutely horrible!! We have bought our machine from them since 2012, but i can assure you this is our last Keurig!!! I called CS three times with the same issue and it's still unresolved!! I wouldn't let me dog buy a coffee pot from them!!

This is my third time buying the keurig brand this year. YES! Third machine and tried different styles. All these things do is spit grounds out. I am ocd I clean my coffee machine after every use. Only use bottle water in it. Half the time I hit the button on this machine and it never brews. Compared to the other machines this takes a solid 4 minutes before brewing the actual cup of coffee. I have had to throw out so many cups of coffee due to grounds. Makes it so frustrating when you are rushing out the door for work. Do not buy this brand. Don’t waste your money.

So far I like ths coffee maker very much. I had to purchase this because previously I had two or three of the supreme makers. To me they are defective, The descale button appeared on every one I had. No matter what I did, the descale lite never went out. I purchased your cleaning kit and also used numerous bottles of vinegar. I also cleaned the points with a paper clip as instructed by your rep. Two were replaced under warranty and the one I have now is actually under warranty and I should call. I am a busy person and don’t have the time to constantly do this. If I didn’t have so many pods I would use an electric perk and give up on keurig.

Large water tank. One hole brewing probe. No residual coffee grounds getting into the cup. Great brewing process, and great tasting coffee, no matter what size cup you select.

So glad I purchased this! We had an old model that died on us. Not only does this produce coffee quicker. The ice coffee option is fantastic! Couldn’t be happier!
