Poor at Best

This is the loudest Keurig coffee maker I've had. The instructions state that you can adjust the temperature, but does not tell you how. There is no button for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish I could return this. It is garbage!

This is my 5th Keurig brewer and sorry to say it will be my last. I’ve previously given K-brewers as gifts and used at home and in my office. I received the brewer today and immediately unpacked it since I was anxious to get back to K-brewing. What a disappointment!!!! The whole thing is cheap flimsy plastic. The water reservoir is such thin plastic I was afraid it would crack when I took it off to fill it. The K-cup holder is barely sturdy enough to open and close, and does not open wide enough to insert my reusable filter. The controls are on the top of the brewer. I am 5’4” and since I keep my brewer on a utility stand in my pantry, I will need a step ladder to use it. Very, very disappointed. I wish I could return it. I will be looking for a alternative brand to purchase in the future.

It’s ok, not sure if I care for it much. And just this week it’s started leaking from the bottom. I prefer the model with the computer screen. Also where I store my Keurig I’m not able to see the water reservoir. I’m not a fan of that.

We have used it starting the day after receiving it. The color is beautiful and fits well on our counter. Also, makes good hot coffee and the taste is great. Good decision on our part.
This model is much, much quieter than previous one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We now have two of these machines (the first one was replaced with a new one). The machine shuts off when you try and make a cup of coffee. It works great for a couple of months and then the issues start. I will be calling keurig tomorrow.

Bad maker of coffee maker

I have had 5 keurig coffee makers in the past 6 months and they are unreliable. After every 6 weeks, it needs to be descaled. Absolutely horrible coffee maker
