We had the same model for about six years. It developed a leak, so it was time to replace it.

Me and this Keurig Elite got off to a slow start--had it for 10 days before I got a Keurig reusable filter as I'm not one for pods(and thanks Keurig and apologize to the customer service lady that was explaining things--unfortunately, I had the "old" reusable filter assembly and didn't realize she was referring to the new style reusable filter). Got the ball rolling yesterday and I'm very happy with the Elite. Works great and coffee is hotter than the one it replaced. Hot water feature is a plus as I drink a lot of tea also. Second customer service rep was pleasant also and kind of set me on the right track with the new filter assembly. Ordered 3 more of them as we use flavor coffee now and then and want to have separate filters for that. Mine is the brushed silver and looks great on my counter. The only mess up with setting it up was my fault when I set the clock--set for Am and should of been PM. Found out this morning when it wasn't on at 0530. All fixed now. A great machine so far and easy to navigate--my GF, showing some signs of memory lost has been able to use.

We Bought our K Elite about a month ago to replace an older one And it is top of the line. Works great I would recommend it to someone that like great coffee and optional Hot water or stronger coffee in a push of a button. I hope it last for many years.

A very hot cup of coffee!

Just purchased the K-Elite and I'm very happy with it. Simple controls, easy setup, and a very very hot cup of coffee. I like how I don't have to wait by the machine as it warms up, so that I can push the button to start brewing... Just turn it on, insert the pod, push the appropriate size brew button, and let the machine get hot and make the coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not hot coffee

The final results is medium to cold coffee I have been using my Italian brewing coffe maker for years and you get a hot hot coffe, for the money I paid I have to put the coffee in the microwave this is a rip off NOT A CUP OF HOT COFFEE I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Absolutely hesitant to start using number 5 coffee maker from Keurig - if this one stops working for no reason at all, IT WILL DEFINITELY MY LAST! I will be purchasing a different brand.

Good coffee maker. However

I bought this a few days ago to replace the 2.0. I was disappointed I have to set the brew to strong every time I make a cup of coffee. The 2.0 allowed you to program strong coffee once and every cup would be strong. Not a deal breaker. But annoying just the same.
