I had 2 Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart in 2 years. That style does not work. They will just stop working. The Keurig K-Elite is a work horse, so far VERY dependable. With the K-Supreme Plus Smart I almost quit the Keurig product all together.

Love the looks and size!

I was visiting my parents Sunday and I didn't have my morning coffee yet. They have the original 12 cup large unit. I never had one or even a cup of coffee from a Keurig machine. It was so easy and so quick and I love the idea that I could get flavors and hot chocolate and tea, etc. My wife now can make her own too. I want one so bad. Maybe my wife will buy us one for Christmas. Can't afford one now.

I purchased this over a month ago and we love it. We are long time Keurig users and have wanted a unit with more options and a larger reservoir. This unit is very quite and heats quickly. My husband took our old unit to his office.

Do not buy keurig brewers

I had a 2.0 for 2 years now. Keurig has changed the k kups to a recyclable cup. I have ran 2 boxes and every time it blower the coffee through the filter into your cup. Bought new elite brewer thinking my old brewer was broken. Elite does the same thing. So now I wasted 2 boxes of coffee and bought a new brewer for nothing. Save your money and stay away from keurig.

Feature Descriptions Misleading

I needed to replace my Keurig that was over 4 years old. I’ve been dreading this because my model has long been discontinued. Shopping the full size models I found the features I have come to really appreciate are not available. I have relied on the programmable on/off feature. None of the Keurig coffee brewers can be programmed to turn off at a specific time of day. Although the description of the model that I bought (K-Elite) says “• Auto Off: Set the time your coffee maker shuts off after your last brew for energy savings.” This is not accurate at all. You can not set the time your coffee maker shuts off. You can select the amount of time the brewer stays on after the last brew up to 2 hours. So you can not program the brewer to stay on for longer than two hours. The water reservoir does not have a water level light and the front view of the reservoir is completely obstructed so there’s no way to see at a glance how much water remains in the reservoir. If you keep your brewer tucked in a corner it will not be easy to see how much water is in there. The cord is shorter. Not much shorter. But I had to buy a special tiny extension cord because the shorter cord would not reach the outlet where my former brewer was plugged into for years. It’s noisy. Not happy with this brewer at all. PS. The description of the K-Select says “• Programmable auto off” but the model comparison chart says it does not have this feature. Which is it?

It’s my third replacement

I bought this 6 months ago, and insurance has to replaced it 2 times because he water holder cracks and only last 3 months max and starts to crack and leak water.
