Reasons our new coffee is awesome 1. The on button is not close to any other button. No confusion 2. More cup sizes 3. Strong button allows more flavor from a k-cup 4.much quieter. 5. Better instructions for cleaning the needle valve. 6. Being able to use Keurig points toward purchase
We had to replace our Keurig and wanted a larger water tank. Several friends had recently purchased the K-Elite model and we're quote happy with it. Love that we had a choose of colors and the slate matches our black stainless appliances. We love Keurigs.
We are very happy with our new Keurig. Its reservoir is on the side instead of the back which makes it easier to fill. Backlit buttons are easy to see. It even has a choice for ice coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bout this last month and I could only get 4 cups then when I tried to get the 5th cup of water the red light came on and said add water I was using a Keurig filter. I called and after the man I was talking to tried every thing and the only thing that works was to remove the filter and not use a filter. I am not satisfied that I can't use a filter I live in the Villages Fl. and the water needs to be filtered, I have a water system but it still does not get all of the black specks out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worst experience ever. Purchased the wrong color from the website. attempted to exchange it. Keurig refused to. This is my second Keurig but first one purchased directly form the company direct. I was so surprise the horrible experience for something so simple as a product exchange in brand new condition that has never been used within a week of purchase

I had 2 Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart in 2 years. That style does not work. They will just stop working. The Keurig K-Elite is a work horse, so far VERY dependable. With the K-Supreme Plus Smart I almost quit the Keurig product all together.
