Not the quality machine it once was. I've had many, this is the worst! Plastic, lightweight ..looks great in my new kitchen...but I love coffee!!

It was nice but only lasted a month

I bought this a month ago and we liked it. Until today when I went to make my coffee and it just shut right down. Tried it again and it did the same thing. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Questionable quality

When it works it great, I have had this model replace 3 times keurig, so far and each time cause, I when turned it on it randomly instantly start going threw the entire water tank and once tank is empty it will keep trying to pull water it will keep trying pull water even after i remove the tank that was empty. this happen so often I had to turn off AUTO on cause it would walk in to kitchen in morning and all the water that was in the tank on my counter and floor. I only use Filter water or bottled dont want to leave on always,which my only option this only happen when first turned on day and at random.

consistent performance

this was a gift from my daughter18 months ago and has performed without a problem until recently. need some tech advice. recently after a pod is placed in the machine, it will run for about 3 - 4 seconds then it stops with a click sound. I have descaled it but to no avail.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We remodeled the kitchen and decided to put in a coffee bar so we upgraded to the Elite and absolutely love it. It has everything you need and the price was perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!
