Now on our third machine (same model)…….

We purchased our original model and it only worked for a short amount of time. Whenever you would press any button to brew, the entire unit would power off. We called Customer Service and they sent us a new one. The second one lasted two weeks before the same problem replicated. We called today and they are sending us a third one, but I am not confident in this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this K-Elite Single Serve Coffee Maker 8/31/2021, delivered 9/8/2021 and leaked right from the start/out-of-the-box! Leaks every time water is heated (about 4 ounces every time). Unsuccessfully attempted to troubleshoot and called from tech support... nothing worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't last long

Received this, my second one, not that long ago, and it is now spitting and shuts off in the middle of brewing. Now I need another.

Great while it worked

This was a great choice for us. It has many options for brewing but my favorite is being able to brew it hotter. I use cream but it’s still hot the way I like it has multiple sizes and can be made hot or iced. Also, it can just be used for hot water for tea or hot cocoa. The reservoir holds plenty of water too. Great overall single cup brewer.
Bought this to replace an older model that unfortunately had quit working but we'd had it several years. It's got great features, including instant hot water, which is great for a cup of tea. Our only complaint is the water tank can't be seen from the front due to a decorative panel. It looks nice but ours sits where we can't see the side.
This machine is a must have for coffee lovers! Beautiful, sleek, makes amazing perfectly balanced cups of coffee. The lid of the water reservoir is not my favorite though, wish there was a way to just flip one side of the lid open to add water as opposed to removing the entire lid. Overall, I am super satisfied with my new Keurig! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves the option of brewing hot or cold coffee!

We had this model for years, but seemed like it wasn't filling the cup as much. So, I researched the new ones and still stuck with this one. It was the auto on that really helped me decide. I like the size choices, the large reservoir, and the auto on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
