Fabulous!

I had a Keurig Mini for many years and loved it! Sadly it gave out, and I was so hesitant to upgrade to a new model. I’m so glad I did! Every cup is delicious! It’s so user friendly, love all the features. I am very happy with my purchase.

Quality has deteriorated immensely!

What happened? I haven’t had to buy a new Keurig in about 10 years and was shocked at the decline in quality. The plastic was so cheap. The machine did not sit flush on my counter. I returned it without even trying to brew a cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing

I got this a few weeks ago i forgot about the review. I loveeeeee it its absolutely amazing! I drink alot of iced and hot. I gifted one to my mom and sister and godmother they have completely joined the Keurig family and i have them addicted.!!!!

Great coffee maker

We bought this Keurig elite to replace one we had for many years. We like everything about this coffee maker, all the features are really nice. The only thing that is a little concern is that the you can not see the water level from the front of the machine, you have to wait until the low water level light come on to know to add water. Just a minor thing to get used to. I make a great cup of coffee and we love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed in this machine

I purchased this machine in February 2019. It worked fine for 2 1/2 months. Then the machine would not come on as it was programed to. Currently it comes on 4 days of the week if I'm lucky. Had the same problem with my 2.0 as well. Maybe needs to see if this is happing with other machines.

Within a year, getting coffee grounds in my coffee

I bought this a year ago. I am so disappointed that the vacuum seal seems to have failed and I either get only half a cup full with the rest of the water pooling in the pod compartment, or it takes forever to drain and I get coffee grounds in my cup. Clearly not quality parts. I don't feel like I should have to be a coffee machine expert mechanic after only one year of occasional use of this very expensive machine.

Lasted three months

Purchased K-Elite in July. Used for 3 months, then it quit. When you put in a K-cup pod and close the lid, the lights flash, when a button is selected the unit shuts down..

Water issues

We are on our second brewer and neither has lasted a year without having water level issues. I clean my coffee maker regularly but this is the second time the 12 oz brew is barely making 8 ozs and it goes down from there.
