cheaply made, buy cuisinart instead!

I had an older model that I absolutely loved: blue led light to show water level, crisp snap in place metal lever, great hot coffee, and great time display. I will never buy another Keurig, but use the K-cups in the cuisinart Keurig equivalent-much better!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This elite brew replaces the same elite brewer I had previously purchased. The previous brewer constantly stopped brewing for periods of up to fifteen minutes before finally brewing. A real pain when I had company. Icontinously cleaned the needles and descaled using the Keurig solution and also a combo of water & vinegar. If this brewer fails then you lost a customer. (3) I would not recommend this to a friend (4) I rate this product as less than average (5) Poor value in fact I have accumulated so many points that you keep narrowing down my options to redeem them which is a ripoff compared when they were first offered.

Replaced after One Year

Lasted One Year then died. Brewed good coffee while it lasted.

Coffee maker only lasted 18 months

Purchased this in January, 2021. Made 1-2 cups of coffee per day- nothing crazy. This morning it stopped working and Keurig warranty was expired. Only offered me 20% retail price and some free coffee for my inconvenience. Is it just me or shouldn’t a coffee maker last more than 18 months?! Going forward, I’m not buying this brand anymore.
The water never gets above 180 deg. Although we had it switched to 192 deg.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Elite model when it first came out years ago & it has brewed thousands of perfect cups of coffee. It finally stopped working & I ordered another one right away. Please don’t ever discontinue this model!!

For the first time, I am disappointed in my coffee maker. It would not brew coffee. I am receiving a replacement any day.

We just bought this one. We love it works great. But it had the wrong reusable k cup filter in it. It doesn't fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
