I brought this last week, this one does not, I will not but this one again, it keeps shutting off

Brand new, put in water chamber & filter as instructed, filled chamber with fresh cold water, turned on power button, when done heating, put in the Keurig K-pod and chose coffee cup size. Power shuts off or makes small amount of coffee full of grounds. Cleaned the needle & run 2 cups of hot water. Still does not work well Returning pot for refund.

New Keirig leaking water when it turns on mornings

I will need to call Keurig 11/06 to return my new brewer. The unit boils over and drips several ounces of water onto drip tray when it automatically turns on for morning brewing. I fill the unit at night (only) up to fill mark, so it doesn’t have too much water in it. Water temp is set at 192, which comes preset on unit. Second: The unit should automatically count off after 2/hours but doesn’t, and I can’t fix that setting. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

The K elite that we bought had 192° listed in the menu. We never got a cup hotter than 170°. At times the cup of coffee would only be 155°. We bought our first one at Costco, and after talking to Keurig they said to return it for another one. We returned it and had similar results. We called Keurig again and asked for them to send us one that they had opened and tried so that we wouldn’t get one that wouldn’t serve hot coffee and then have to send it back. They sent an unopened one and we tried it and only got a cup at 170°. We have returned that Kierych and have purchased a Mr. Coffee drip pot and the coffee is at 183°. To us that is a hot cup of coffee every time. In my final conversation with Keurig, the customer service person said that it may be our water, that it is too hard. With that in mind I bought a gallon of water from the store and used it for repeated attempts at getting a hot cup of coffee to no avail. They also said that the 192° item in the menu meant that that’s how hot the water is with in the unit, not the temp that you would get in your cup of coffee. A little misleading. All we can surmise is that all of the Keurig users like coffee that doesn’t stay hot for very long period of time. We do know if you use too hot of water it affects the flavor of your coffee. At 183° the flavor is superb. At 155°, nobody would want to dribble any creamer in their cup of coffee.

Have had a kuerig for many many years. Love it. Just bought a new one because ours finally gave out because we have hard water. Still worked but because of the hard water and years of service didn't get a full cup so we bought a new one.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and regret giving this company my money!! The machine did great up until last month... but now most of the time all of the buttons light up like their suppose to, but nothing comes out! I can literally spend 3 mins trying over and over, but nothing! Your coffee maker which is only used at most three times a day couldn’t even last a year. Years ago we had a Select that eventually stopped working, so we swore Keurig off until we saw the Elite and figured we’d give it a second chance... Never again. How dare you over charge for something that doesn’t work properly?! It has one job and it can’t even do it. Plus, I know for a fact we’re not just one off when my family and friends have the same complaints.

This is my 5th Keurig owned and so far the favorite. Obviously I'm a Keurig fan. I purchased in February and we've been brewing away. It looks just lovely on the counter. Thanks Keurig family and stay safe.
